Daphne Viola Webb has been missing since July 10, 2013, from Oakland, California. She was last seen wearing orange pajamas with pink hearts and pink socks. 
Description:
• Black hair, brown eyes
• Her left ear is deformed
Daphne was last seen in her father’s black 2002 Ford Expedition SUV, parked in front of Gazzali’s Supermarket in the 1400 block of 79th Avenue. Her father reported that she was taken from the right rear passenger seat while he was inside the store.
