Sunny Jone Sramek was just 18 years old when she vanished without a trace. She left her hometown of Trenton, Nebraska on April 20, 2019, with a man for a trip to Omaha—and was never seen again.
She was last seen in a 2004 white Ford Explorer with Iowa plates HGJ341. She wore denim shorts, a black tank top, and had a hoodie and jeans with her.

• Tattoo on left shoulder: Feather with ""FLY""
• Tattoo on right ankle: Red tribal sun
• Numerous scars, including:
– Rectangular scar on right shoulder
– Small square scar on upper forehead
– Chickenpox scars on face
– Cuts on arm
– Scar on left hand near thumb
– Bike pedal scars on ankle and shin
