Unidentified Charles Town, West Virginia John Doe

On 11/28/2013, the partial skeletal remains of a male were discovered in a wooded area near the Shenadoah River in Charles Town, West Virginia. Near the remains they located A Green hooded sweatshirt with "Kino Wrestling" in gold lettering, brown hiking-style boot, size 10-10.5. Per NCIC they also found a small yellow rope possibly used as a belt; prescription bottle with unknown watery substance; coins; guitar pick; and a light blue men's comb. They estimate the remains may have been there for approximately 10 years.
